David Pasquesi (God of Carnage)

I had a wonderful interview with the witty David Pasquesi at the Goodman Theatre to promote the triple Tony-Award winning GOD OF CARNAGE. David plays the part of Alan, the arrogant cell phone-attached lawyer. Outwardly, we have 2 rational couples, supportive and intelligent, who meet to discuss their children. Ultimately, we gain insight into human nature as confrontations expose the breakdown of their own relationships. David and I discussed the playwright, Yasmina Reza, who doesn't write comedies, but rather, tragedies that happen to be funny. David's passion is improvisation, as he is a Second City alum and a veteran performer of Second City.
