I was thrilled to speak with Jeannot Painchaud, Co-Founder, CEO and Artistic Director of CIRQUE ELOIZE ID, which is part of the Broadway in Chicago series opening April 26th at the Cadillac Palace Theatre. This is the 7th original production from Cirque Eloize since it began in 1993, and combines circus arts with original music, dance and theatre. Jeannot explains that Eloize symbolizes "heat lightening" and that this show is an expression of the individuality of the 16 artists who come from 7 different countries.
