Barbara Robertson (The Detective's Wife)

Writers' Theatre presents the World Premiere of THE DETECTIVE'S WIFE, starring Chicago icon Barbara Robertson. Written by Keith Huff, The Detective's Wife is the second part of a loose trilogy of Chicago cop plays. This is Barbara's Writers' Theatre debut, in this one-woman mystery play about Alice Conroy, who is left alone to solve the frightful mystery of her husband, a Chicago homicide detective brutally murdered while solving a twenty-year case. I am honored to interview Barbara, and follow her journey from Wicked to Working to The Detective's Wife, as she is truly mesmerizing on the stage.
