Chicago icon Mike Nussbaum is starring as "Ben" in BROADWAY BOUND at Drury Lane Oakbrook. This is written by Tony, Emmy and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Neil Simon, and is the conclusion of a semi-autobiographical trilogy that includes Brighton Beach Memoirs and Biloxi Blues. This is Mike's first appearance at Drury Lane Theatre, although he has directed and acted in Chicago theatres for over 50 years. Mike credits his impeccable comedic timing to his 50+ years of experience, and he is truly loveable on and off stage as his performance has just the right blend of wit, humor, feistiness and sarcasm. I recently had the honor of working alongside Mike on a Twilight Zone Audio Drama, an unforgettable experience.
