Stef Tovar (A Twist of Water)

Stef Tovar and I spoke about A TWIST OF WATER, which marks the grand re-opening of The Mercury Theater and welcomes Executive Director Walter Stearns. Stef Tovar is the Founder and Artistic Director of Route 66 Theatre Company.
